Indiana pizza chain known for craft pies, beer to open multiple Lexington locations
PARLOUR, an Indiana-based chain known for its craft pizza and beer, is coming to Lexington.
Don Robinson, CEO of PARLOUR, said they plan to open three new locations here. Sites for two restaurants have been selected on Harrodsburg Road and in the Hamburg area.
The first location is expected to open in April 2024 and a second in August 2024. Details on the third location are still pending, according to the company.
“This is just the first step in many new developments across multiple cities we’re working in — but we are thrilled to begin in the home of Big Blue Nation,” Robinson said in a news release.
What is on PARLOUR’s menu?
PARLOUR was established in 2020 in Jeffersonville, Ind., and currently has five locations, including two in Louisville and one in Jeffersontown.
The restaurant’s slogan is “People-Pizza-Pints” and the menu includes smoked wings, grinder sandwiches and calzones as well as 10-inch and 14-inch pizzas. Signature dishes also include the Sriracha Bourbon BBQ nachos.
PARLOUR’s web site promises “an extensive craft beer selection, hand-crafted cocktails, and exceptional customer service in a vibrant and inviting environment that transcends traditional pizzerias.”
