Hollyoaks' Diane horrified over Tony's decision

Hollyoaks spoilers follow.

Diane Hutchinson has been left horrified due to Tony giving away their home to the McQueens in Hollyoaks.

Tony and the McQueens have clashed this week over Fergus hiring the Hutchinsons to run The Dog, potentially leaving the McQueens homeless.

The McQueens decided to fight back in Friday's (October 22) first-look episode by launching a series of pranks to make The Dog look unmanageable.

Diane was already racked with worries over the couples' new business arrangement, only to have her fears bolstered by Theresa and Cher giving fake warnings about rats and flooding.

After a panicked Diane rushed out, Cher gleefully bragged to Theresa: "Like a rat off a ship!"

At that very moment, Becky let Tony know The Dog was already being review-bombed online and he realised someone had stolen the pub sign!

Tony put the pieces together, vowing: "I'm gonna exterminate those McQueens!'

During a big confrontation, Tony initially ordered the McQueens out by the end of the day, before softening with a mysterious offer.

Becky had gone to visit Diane, and after some convincing, she was able to get her to come back to the pub to try to make it work with Tony.

Diane did try her best to be enthusiastic when she returned to the pub, only to be caught off guard again when Tony announced he'd offered the McQueens to move into their house so they could have The Dog.

After Nana cut the electricity in a final malicious act, Diane's OCD took hold again as she worried about rats attacking the children in the night.

The episode left off on a cliffhanger as she struggled to process the news that she'd no longer have a flat to run to when the pub was overwhelming.

Hollyoaks airs new episodes from Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first-look screenings at 7pm on E4. Selected omnibus episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video.
