Hollyoaks to air Eric Foster's fate in new scenes

Hollyoaks spoilers follow.

Hollyoaks hasn't seen the last of villain Eric Foster just yet as the incel is set to return in upcoming scenes.

The character played by Angus Castle-Doughty made his debut a year ago amidst a radical misogyny storyline, culminated in Maxine Minniver's kidnapping and the horrifying siege at The Dog, during which he wounded Diane Hutchinson with a crossbow.

Now behind bars, Eric will receive his sentence in a new episode as the entire village awaits his comeuppance with bathed breath.

Meanwhile, Tony Hutchinson's mental health has taken a huge dive as he's struggling to come to terms with his half-brother's vile actions.

Still on the fence about seeking professional help, Tony will receive a call from prison. It's Eric, who insists his brother goes to visit him.

A concerned Diane encourages her husband to confront his fears and, after getting advice from Honour Chen-Williams, brings him to see Eric.

Following his sentencing, the villain's fate intertwines with Juliet Nightingale's cancer storyline.

As Juliet's lymphoma was revealed to be more aggressive than the doctors originally thought, she now needs to receive a stem cell transplant to save her life.

Putting his sister's needs first, James Nightingale is called to make a difficult decision when Eric makes him a tempting offer. The criminal promises the solicitor any amount of money to get his freedom back, but will James agree to represent him?

These scenes air next week.

Hollyoaks streams first on All 4, with new episodes dropping each weekday morning. The show airs Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, and at 7pm on E4.

Selected omnibus episodes are available via Prime Video.
