Hermione's house from Harry Potter is up for sale
First it was the Dursley household, and now it’s the Granger’s gaff which is up for sale.
Last week, it emerged that the location of 4 Privet Drive, home to Harry Potter’s loathsome aunt and uncle (not to mention his cousin Dudley), was up for sale.

The commuter-friendly three-bedroom place in Martins Heron, Berkshire, complete with an understairs cupboard for boy wizards, was on the market for £475,000.
But you’ll need a few more Galleons to pick up Hermione’s house.
Situated in the genteel Hampstead Garden Suburb in London, it will set you back an asking price of £2.4 million.
It’s a sight bigger than the Dursley’s, however, the detached property spread over three floors and boasting six bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Reads the agent’s literature: “Offered for sale for the first time in almost sixty years this detached house in one of the finest roads in Hampstead Garden Suburb. This 2490 sq ft three storey home with many original features is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac just a few metres from the entrance to the Heath Extension and its rolling meadows and woodland.
“Sharp eyed film fans may recognise the house as the home of Hermione in the ‘Harry Potter’ series.”
The house only appeared once in the Harry Potter movies, in ‘Deathly Hallows Part One’, during which Hermione endeavoured to keep her muggle parents safe from the Death Eaters using her deft magical skills.
