In the video, she's wearing a bra and underwear set from Rihanna's Savage X Fenty line. Heidi's getting her groove on in the clip and explained why in the caption: "@savagexfenty has me feelin SOME 💥 KIND 💥 OF 💥 WAY 🔥 Love you @badgalriri thank you for my gift!" It's safe to say her fans are grateful for the gift, too.

Heidi's abs and legs are looking super sculpted. She has worked hard over the years with trainers like David Kirsch to maintain her strong muscles, but her new fitness routine is totally relatable—and doable.

Heidi's shared her love of running over the years, but she prefers a scenic path over an indoor sesh. “I have a treadmill that’s really great, but it sits there unused. I don’t have time for it,” she told Women's Health UK. What works for her life right now? Family activities like biking, dancing, and jumping on a trampoline help her squeeze in exercise and QT with the kiddos.

And yes, Heidi admits she has to tune into her diet and exercise balance more as she's gotten older. "Your metabolism definitely changes when you turn 40," she told Women's Health UK. "I always thought, "That's not going to happen to me.' But it is happening to me. If I indulge more, I have to exercise more. I've figured out what works for me."

Moderation is her MO. "I'm not a fan of deprivation," she previously told Women's Health. "I believe that if you want to eat a cheeseburger, you should eat that cheeseburger and enjoy it."
