BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) _ Greenlane Holdings Inc. (GNLN) on Tuesday reported a loss of $4.3 million in its first quarter.

The Boca Raton, Florida-based company said it had a loss of 28 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs and stock option expense, came to 14 cents per share.

The distributor of vaporizers and smoking accessories posted revenue of $34 million in the period.

The company's shares closed at $3.69. A year ago, they were trading at $2.61.
