Yahoo Movies Girl Scouts To Release New Raspberry Cookies Inspired By Thin Mints
The Girl Scout cookies universe is expanding once again, and their newest flavor is based on a familiar favorite. When the 2023 Girl Scout Cookies season begins early next year, it will welcome the new Raspberry Rally, a crisp cookie inspired by Thin Mints.
Like Thin Mints, Raspberry Rally will have that chocolate coating we all love, but instead of a cool mint center, the middle of the cookie will boast a raspberry flavor. Another big difference between Raspberry Rally and its "sister" cookie is that the new cookie will only be available for purchase online. This will give Girl Scouts an opportunity to tap into their inner online entrepreneur.
"This must-have new cookie will be the first in the Girl Scout Cookie lineup to be exclusively offered for online sale and direct shipment only, enhancing girls’ e-commerce sales and entrepreneurial skills," a press release reads. "Raspberry Rally will be available to consumers nationally during the 2023 Girl Scout Cookie season."
If you fear that the introduction of the Raspberry Rally means that your personal favorites are on the chopping block, don't worry. Thin Mints, Trefoils, Tagalongs, Samoas, and plenty more will all be returning for the 2023 season.
With Girl Scout Cookies season typically lasting from January to April, we think it's safe to officially mark your calendars for the cookie countdown.
