Ginny & Georgia star lands next lead movie role
Ginny & Georgia star Nikki Roumel has landed her next movie role.
As reported by Deadline, the actress has been cast alongside Salem and ER actor Shane West in You Don't Belong Here, which has actually begun production already thanks to a SAG-AFTRA agreement in which independent projects can still film during the strikes.
The film follows a true-crime obsessed group of people who travel to a campsite (of course it's a campsite) to try and figure out the mystery behind an unsolved murder. After spending the night there, they wake up to find that they are somehow in 1991, just days before the murder in question took place.
Well, that's one way to solve it, we reckon...

Meanwhile, Following the "phenomenal US success" of the first two seasons of Ginny & Georgia, not only had a third season been confirmed, but a fourth has been greenlit by Netflix too.
Teasing some of the storylines that will continue in the third season, the show's creator Sarah Lampert said: "If Georgia is being charged with this crime, we have Zion, he's Ginny's dad, we have Gill in the picture now.
"I think previous to this, he had no chance at custody because he was a convicted felon but who knows now, and we've got Paul, who's the stepdad...

"We have so many golden possibilities for storytelling based on how rich these characters are. And based on how many surprises we want to throw into season 3 that I'm being coy about but we do have it planned out."
