Gigi Hadid Wore the Blingiest White Jeans

Mom jeans have been the denim silhouette du jour for a few seasons now, but Gigi Hadid added a very blinged-out twist on the relaxed, baggy fit during an outing in New York City with baby Khai. The model and actual mom wore cropped, high-waisted white jeans covered in diamond-pattern silver sequin embellishment for a walk, pairing the statement-making jeans with a boxy white T-shirt, chunky sneakers, and dark socks.

Hadid finished her look with a few mismatched Technicolor rings (including a bauble from BONBONWHIMS), a single earring, and chunky necklaces, including one with a very '90s shell detail. She had her hair pulled back in a messy bun and kept the summer sun at bay with classic aviator shades from Vehla.

Khai's stroller was almost as blinged out as Hadid's denim. Not exactly low-key, the Jeremy Scott Wings Cybex stroller certainly grabbed some attention with its bright gold details and its bold wing appliques, a Scott signature that fans may remember from his beloved Adidas collaborations.

The walk comes a few weeks after Hadid pleaded with the paparazzi to refrain from publishing photos of her daughter's face. In a note posted to her Instagram stories, Hadid said that sometimes, Khai lifts her stroller's sunshade, unknowingly exposing herself to zoom lenses and overeager photographers.

"On our most recent visits to New York, she has started to want her sun shade lifted up (something she is used to at home) and helps herself to it! she doesn't understand why she's covered in the city, or what I've wanted to protect her from. I also want her to see the most amazing city in the world + the beautiful and diverse people that walk down the streets of NYC ... that is, without the stress of the media circus that comes with parents who are public figures," she wrote. "It would mean the world to us, as we take our daughter to see and explore NYC and the world, if you would PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE blur her face out of the images, if and when she is caught on camera. I know it's an extra effort — but as a new mom, I just want the best for my baby, all parents do ... and I hope this can continue the conversation to protect minors in the media, even if they come from a public family."
