‘Game of Thrones’ Alums Kit Harington and Rose Leslie Reveal They’re Expecting Their Second Child

This surprise news could rival one of the twists on Game of Thrones.

Kit Harington, 36, and Rose Leslie, 35, may have played each others' love interest on GoT, but their romance also translated off screen, and now, they've just revealed that they're expecting their second child together.

While visiting The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Harington (aka Jon Snow), told Fallon the exciting news. It was during a discussion about his 2-year-old son—whose name has not yet been disclosed—that Harington said, “He's about to get the shock of his life, which is that he's about to get a brother or sister.”

In response, Fallon said, “That's fantastic! You got a new baby coming!” He also asked Harington if Leslie was pregnant, to which the Eternals star answered in the affirmative.

However, when asked if he was excited for the new baby, Harington said, “I'm so—I'm terrified.” He joked, “You know, with the first baby, you're like walking on clouds and dancing through fields of daisies for nine months.” Then he stopped and noted, “Well, the man is anyway.”

“But this time...the reality check comes much shorter,” Harington added. “You're like—you get practical real quick.”

When asked what his 2-year-old thought about the future sibling, the Game of Thrones actor stated, “I'm not sure he's quite conceptually understood it just yet. We're trying to get him ready for it.” Harington then explained that he and Leslie try to help him understand by pointing at Leslie's belly and saying “Mommy's baby.” However, Harington joked that now their son has started pointing at his own belly and saying: “My baby.”

The two Game of Thrones alums have been together since 2011, and they tied the knot at the Rayne Parish Church in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, in June 2018. Then, they announced that they were expecting their first child in 2020, when Leslie posed for a cover story in MAKE magazine and showed off her growing baby bump.
