Florence Pugh has responded to rumours that she's dating former co-star Will Poulter, after the pair were pictured together on a group holiday to Ibiza.

The actress took to her Instagram Stories to set the record straight, confirming that the pair are not dating, in response to photos which showed her and Will enjoying a trip to the beach with friends, grabbing drinks and swimming in the sea.

What's more, following split speculation surrounding Zach Braff (who Florence has been dating since 2019), the 26-year-old also commented on people's "opinion[s] on who I should or shouldn't be with."

Florence, who starred in Midsommar alongside friend and co-star Will in 2019, posted a lengthy statement on her Instagram Stories, shutting down dating rumours once and for all. She wrote:

"Ooookay. Man. This is getting a little silly now. No, Will Poulter and I are not dating. We went to the beach with our friends, who are always about half a metre away from us in every picture, but have been cleverly cut out/framed out so that it looks otherwise."

She went on, "You can LITERALLY see my best friend in the corner of so many shots and [friend] Archie's arms at the sides. I understand that the nature of this job is that you sometimes get your privacy completely bulldozed by paparazzi, but to fabricate this stuff actually does more damage than good. Thanks for saying we look sexy.. doesn't mean we're doing the sexy."

The Don't Worry Darling lead went on to share various paparazzi pictures taken on the day, highlighting how her other friends were also present in addition to Will. On one pic she drew an arrow pointing at Will, writing, "Other best mate Will P, who was cropped to look like his face was on my chest."

She followed up with a picture of Will and the pair's pal Archie lounging on sunbeds, writing that they were "Enjoying their no drama holiday."

Florence, who has been dating actor Zach Braff since 2019, then posted another statement to her Stories, addressing people's "opinion[s] on who I should or shouldn't be with."

Addressing trolls, she wrote: "There's no need to drag people through this. Regardless of your opinion on who I should or shouldn't be with, at the end of the day if you're complimenting someone by trolling another person.. you're just bullying. There's literally no need to be horrible online - no need."

We're glad Florence has set the record straight.
