Floodwater Pours Into Orlando Apartment

Orlando, Florida, was submerged in several inches of floodwater on Thursday, September 29, as authorities warned of continued flash flooding and urged residents to remain indoors.

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) said Ian intensified into a hurricane again as it approached Georgia and the Carolinas on September 29.

The NHC said portions of central, northern, and northeast Florida will continue to experience flooding from Hurricane Ian through September 30.
