Flash Flooding Hits Washington DC After Intense Rain

Heavy rain brought flash flooding to parts of the Washington metropolitan area on the afternoon of Wednesday, August 10.

This footage, filmed by Tommy Kaelin shows vehicles driving through an inundated Florida Avenue in Washington.

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for the area, urging locals to not drive or walk through inundated roads.
