Flares Set Off as French Fishing Vessels Gather in Jersey Amid Post-Brexit Tension

French fishing vessels descended on the island of Jersey on May 6, amid tensions over post-Brexit fishing arrangements.

This footage, by Marcio Agostinho, shows orange smoke from a flare and multiple boats at the harbor in St Helier, capital of the island, which is a British Crown Dependency.

French news reports said vessels departed Barneville-Carteret, Breton and Granville.
