First Trailer For Bad Education Movie Lands

When school trips go bad…

The first look at the ‘Bad Education’ movie has arrived, and it’s every bit as toe-curling, gross, and full of poor grammar as you’d imagine.

Jack Whitehall reprises his role as hapless teacher Alfie Wickers from the BBC comedy series, and he’s as desperate as ever to be accepted among his class of errant teens.

So taking them on a post-GSCE trip to Cornwall seems like the right move… though things get rather rapidly out of hand.

Hoping to bring in some of the TV-to-movie dollars hauled in by the 'Inbetweeners’ films (the first one made nearly £58 million from a tiny £3.5 million budget), a sturdy cast has lined up for this big screen excursion.

Joining Whitehall are series stars Harry Enfield and Mathew Horne, plus a few other famous faces, among them 'Game of Thrones’ star Iain Glen, 'Inception’s Talulah Riley, Clarke Peters from 'The Wire’ and 'The Thick of It’s Joanna Scanlan.

It’s due out across the UK on August 21.
