Fantasy Premier League managers are tasked with making the most of a double gameweek 29 in FPL this weekend.

Liverpool, Brighton, Chelsea and Manchester United are just some of the 12 teams playing twice with the deadline set for Saturday at 11am BST.

There is plenty to think about - not least with Erling Haaland a major doubt - so here are our tips to maximise your points haul.

Mohamed Salah - Liverpool - £12.8m

The Egyptian has been one of the wavier players in FPL this year but Liverpool’s run-in should make managers stand up and take notice of the most expensive player in the game. Salah may have tough fixtures but Salah has six goals and three assists against Manchester City in the Premier League, with four and two in 11 versus Chelsea.

Kaoru Mitoma - Brighton - £5.5m

After scoring for Japan in midweek, Mitoma headed home with plenty of rest before games against Brentford and Bournemouth. This may be one of the last chances to invest in the Seagulls given their next three gameweeks are away to Tottenham, away to Chelsea, and then a blank.

James Maddison - Leicester - £8.2m

Confidence will be high for Maddison as he heads to Crystal Palace for a huge relegation showdown against a team that could well struggle after Roy Hodgson’s return, before a visit from leaky Aston Villa.

Kai Havertz - Chelsea - £7.6m

Both of Havertz’s games this weekend come at home, against Villa and Liverpool, with five of his seven Premier League goals this year coming at Stamford Bridge. He should also be recovered from the flu to feature.
