Gal Gadot is probably best-known for playing a superhero, but she's also a super mom. The 36-year-old actress just posted an adorable photo on Instagram starring one of her daughters that had fans gushing in the comments.

"Look who joined me on my workout today ❤️😘💪," Gal captioned the snap, which shows her taking a quick break in between reps at the gym with her daughter while lying on a yoga mat. The Red Notice star is wearing a vintage Wonder Woman tank top and matching shorts that totally show off her defined arms and sculpted legs.

And, fans couldn't get enough. Kate Hudson and Gisele Bündchen left plenty of hearts, while another user added, "awww the sweetest! 😍."

So, just how does Gal stay in such great, superhero-worthy shape? For starters, her Marvel workouts are over-the-top intense. "I did two hours gym work, two hours fight choreography, and two hours horseback riding, which is super hard," she shared on Live with Kelly and Ryan.

Her trainer, Magnus Lygdback, broke down exactly what Gal's days in the gym looked like: The pair rotated through different workouts designed to target specific body parts every day. “I'm a big fan of working different parts of the body every day so your body gets to recover and rest in between,” Lygdback told Women's Health.

Gal also did high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions on the assault bike and the treadmill, plus some abs exercises at the end of each day. And, Lygdback helped Gal create a diet that fueled her all day long, even through six hours of daily training.

Gal ate three meals and two snacks every day to stay energized, he told Women's Health. Generally, the pair focused on creating plates filled with whole foods, protein, complex carbs, veggies, and healthy fats, while avoiding high-glycemic carbs (like white bread).

The mom of three's breakfast might be poached eggs with quinoa, tomato, and avocado. Then, her morning snack was usually a small salad made with tomatoes, seeds, and cured meats. Lunch was a piece of fish, like grilled tuna, paired with veggies: grilled boy choy, pickled radishes, baby broccoli, and peppers.

Gal's afternoon snack could be another salad—this time, made with grilled mackerel, guacamole, and seeds. For dinner, she goes all out with steak, wild rice, kale, and kimchi.

When she's not filming, Gal's fitness routine is much more relaxed. "In my ordinary life when I don't work, I like to paddleboard and do TRX," she shared with Harper's Bazaar.
