Soccer fans celebrated in Queens, New York, as Morocco advanced to the FIFA World Cup’s quarterfinals following an exciting match against Spain on Tuesday, December 6.

Morocco beat Spain 3-0 on penalties after a 0-0 tie during the knockout stage of the World Cup on December 6.

This is the first time Morocco has advanced to the quarter-final stage of the World Cup, according to FIFA.
