Sometimes, a random celebrity crossover happens which takes us slightly by surprise - but Kanye West and Love Island's Chloe Burrows are *not* two names we ever thought we'd be saying in a sentence together.

However, it turns out fans have found a pretty unexpected connection between the pair, thanks to a bizarre theory that Chloe actually inspired Kanye's new song. Yep, told you it was random.

The surprising theory came about following the release of Ye's new song 'Eazy' - a collaboration with The Game for Kanye's upcoming album Donda 2. 'Eazy' has already made headlines due to Kanye's lyrics calling out ex Kim Kardashian's new boyfriend, Pete Davidson, by name. And now, fans are back with a slightly more subtle reading of the song.

Pete lyrics aside, one 'Eazy' line sees Kanye rapping, "How I ain't bring nothin' to the table when I'm the table?" Upon hearing the song, Love Island fans have been quick to link the lyric to a (suspiciously similar) line from 2021 contestant Chloe Burrows.

Cast your minds back to summer and you'll remember Islander Liberty Poole discussing her and Jake Cornish's relationship, with Liberty telling Chloe, "The main thing is, whatever me or him are thinking, I know what I bring to the table [sic]."

Chloe then responded with the iconic reply, "You are the f***ing table," while Liberty added, "I am the f***ing table. With the f***ing fruit on it."

Fans, of course, noticed the connection between Kanye and Chloe's table metaphors, with one tweeting, "So nice of Kanye to sample @Chloe___Burrows on his new song". Another jokingly added, "Creating culture before our eyes".

Meanwhile, Chloe herself even picked up on the similarity, tweeting, "Honestly where’s the homage [sic]".

Petition for a Kanye/Chloe collab, anyone?
