Cassandra Clare is hitting the road. Metaphorically speaking.

The best-selling fantasy author is launching a virtual book tour for her newest title, Chain of Iron, and EW has all the exclusive details.

Following the March 2 release of the book, Clare is doing four events, each one with a different guest with the themes of the events spanning from discussions of craft to a dramatic reading to a Shadowhunters fandom chat.

Chain of Iron marks Clare's second book in The Last Hours series. The Shadowhunters prequel series follows the lives of her beloved characters Cordelia Carstairs and James Herondale as they grow up during the Victorian era.

Following the events of book one, Chain of Gold, Chain of Iron finds Cordelia engaged to James, the boy she's loved since childhood. With her new life in London, the prospect of being reunited with her father, and the sword Cortana, it seems she has everything she could want.

But in truth, James and Cordelia's marriage is a lie designed to save her reputation and James is in love with the mysterious Grace Blackthorn. Meanwhile, Cortana burns Cordelia's hand at the slightest touch and her father has become bitter and angry. To make matters worse, a serial murderer is targeting the Shadowhunters of London.

As Cordelia, James, and their friends hunt for this killer, they all keep secrets of their own.
