Eva Longoria and Kim Kardashian Embrace at Party in Contrasting Looks
Eva Longoria and Kim Kardashian brought their star power and contrasting styles to a luxe bash in Los Angeles over the weekend.
Yesterday Longoria shared photos on Instagram of the Saturday-night party, thrown to celebrate the fifth anniversary of This Is About Humanity, “a community dedicated to raising awareness about separated and reunified families and vulnerable communities on both sides of the border,” per its bio.
For the charitable event, Longoria and Kardashian dressed in their best evening gowns. Always cheerful with her fashion, the Desperate Housewives alum opted for a sunny yellow strapless number that accented her hourglass silhouette and flared in wavy layers at the bottom. She paired it with pointy silver heels, silver rings, a diamond tennis necklace, and large diamond studs. As for glam, Longoria wore an elegant updo with side bangs, a pointy chrome rose-gold manicure, shimmery silver eye shadow, dramatic lashes, and a pink glossy lip.
Kardashian, meanwhile, stuck to her sleek, monochrome wardrobe. The Skims founder chose a skintight long-sleeved black dress with a mock turtleneck and a built-in corsetlike leather belt. She styled it with pointy black boots and a black leather Chanel quilted box bag with the house’s signature leather-and-metal chain strap, plus a faux-pearl embellishment. Kardashian additionally wore a huge layered black leather chain necklace from Chanel with a gold-and-diamond plaque featuring the brand’s name.
The reality star opted for rosy makeup and some chic black liner, while for hair, she changed things up completely, debuting some choppy bangs with her slicked-back bun.
The stars posed together for several photos. They were also joined at the charity bash by Amazon founder and executive chairman Jeff Bezos and his fiancée, Lauren Sánchez, and Kardashian's mom, Kris Jenner.
