ST. JOHN'S, NL, Oct. 5, 2022 /CNW/ - On September 27, 2022, a Hearing Panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) accepted a Settlement Agreement, with sanctions, between IIROC staff and MD Management Limited (MDM).
Specifically, MD Management Limited admitted to the following violation :
Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, MD Management Limited agreed to the following penalty:
MD Management Limited also agreed to pay costs in the amount of $25,000.
