Emmerdale's Chrissie White faces huge danger tonight

Emmerdale lines up a frightening incident for Chrissie White tonight (October 19) as Tim Richards gets himself caught up in another of Robert Sugden's schemes.

Viewers saw Chrissie's uncle Tim (Mark Moraghan) make another return to the village last night – and the timing couldn't have been any better for Robert and his never-ending plotting.

Robert (Ryan Hawley) is still hell-bent on seizing control of Home Farm, but his carefully-laid plans have finally been going wrong this week due to Chrissie interfering and getting suspicious of Home Farm's new "investor" Kath.

In tonight's Emmerdale double bill, Robert takes advantage of Tim's desperation by giving him one last job to do in exchange for cash.

As Tim has lost everything, he lets himself be talked into a dark plan to drive straight for Chrissie in the road at high speed.

Robert's plan is to jump in and save Chrissie's life at the last second, but will he manage to help her in the nick of time? What will the consequences be for Chrissie? And is this the final push the Whites needed to fall completely into Robert's trap?

Emmerdale airs tonight at 7pm and 8pm on ITV.
