Ellen DeGeneres' stunning Montecito home has officially found a buyer.

The former Ellen DeGeneres Show host, 66, has sold the 11,530-square-foot property for $32 million, property records confirm. DeGeneres, who is a fan of the Southern California town's upscale real estate, first purchased the abode in June 2023 and later listed it for $46.5 million in October. The property was taken off the market in November and the deal officially closed on Feb. 15.

Built in 1919, the sprawling estate offers six unique quarters, including the main house, two guest houses, a pool house, art studio and staff office. Additional luxuries include a wine cellar, pool, tennis court, private gardens and chardonnay vineyard.

It is spread out across eight acres of land and offers stunning views of both the Pacific ocean and surrounding mountains.

Listing agent Robert Riskin of Riskin Partners Estate Group previously told PEOPLE that DeGeneres spent time restoring the compound before listing it for sale.

"What makes Ellen so unique is that she focuses on restoring historic and special properties rather than just tearing down and building new,” Riskin said. “She has an eye for one-of-a-kind properties and this is no exception!”

DeGeneres is no stranger to Montecito real estate.

In November 2022, she put her 1,945-square-foot cottage up for grabs for $5.85 million. The charming property was built four years before her massive Mediterranean-style villa in 1915. It featured three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one-half bath and a guest cottage, as well as several outside living areas.

Earlier in 2022, she sold another property in Montecito for $13.5 million. The Spanish-style abode was perfect for indoor/outdoor living and included three bedrooms and four bathrooms across 3,980 square feet.

Combined with her wife Portia de Rossi, DeGeneres has bought and sold at least 20 properties since 2003, according to Architectural Digest.
