Election officials work with haste to prepare for early voting

Officials are moving with haste to prepare for early voting for the primary election in Maryland. Voting by mail is already underway with ballots being returned by mail or at 288 drop boxes statewide. But preparations are well underway for early voting and the July 19 primary election.
