I’m a recent flossing convert. For years I never flossed, but now I use these handy dental picks daily, and my teeth and gums look and feel so much better.

Inspired to continue improving my oral hygiene, I decided to put the Oclean Cordless Water Flosser to the test. I’d heard a lot about water flossers and was intrigued to see what all the hype was about.

For those who are unfamiliar, a water flosser basically uses a steady stream of high-pressure water to break up and remove plaque from your teeth and gum line. Some say it’s a gentler, easier way to floss since there are no strings or poking required.

My first impression of the Oclean Cordless Water Flosser? It’s so pretty! Most water flossers look like scary dental devices in basic black or gray, but this one is actually cute with pastel green or pink accents.

Aesthetics are certainly important, but the whole point of this flosser is to clean your teeth. Luckily, the Oclean Cordless Water Flosser doesn't just look good; it works really well, too. I was able to figure out how to use it without even reading the instructions. The different pressure settings weren't too hard or weak, and the four different heads included definitely help you reach different areas in your mouth.

If I had to make one improvement, it would probably be to make the little water tank at the bottom a bit bigger. It held just enough water for me on my first try, but if I was being diligent, I’d probably need to refill one time between doing my top and bottom teeth.

The Oclean Cordless Water Flosser is a fairly new addition to Amazon, but it already has 4.4 out of 5 stars. So far, shoppers agree that it’s really easy to use, but some also wish the reservoir tank had a larger capacity.

If you’re new to water flossers, this is definitely a great one to start with. It doesn’t come with an overwhelming number of settings or features, so it is really easy to use. Most importantly, it leaves your mouth feeling fresh and clean.
