EastEnders' Zack Hudson to make another big mistake over Christmas

EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders' Zack Hudson is going to make another big mistake over Christmas, as he lets his mouth run wild again.

Previously, we saw that Zack was responsible for teenage mum Jada Lennox leaving and taking baby Alyssa with her thanks to his actions, and in upcoming scenes he's only going to make things worse for himself.

In the scenes, Phil Mitchell tells Sharon Watts that the Private Investigator hasn't had any luck finding Jada, and Zack decides to cheer her up (and cover his guilt) by decorating Sharon's house all Christmassy with Martin Fowler.

But in doing so, he ends up ruining Denny's angel, to Sharon's shock. Feeling even more guilty, Zack heads off to the Vic to drown his sorrows, and there he admits to Nancy Carter that he's responsible for Jada leaving.

Fortunately for Sharon, Martin attempts to fix the angel and calms her down. Unfortunately, Nancy accidentally reveals to him that it was Zack who caused Jada to leave.

Martin confronts Zack and threatens to tell Sharon everything, but will he actually go through with it?

The BBC have confirmed that one of EastEnders' biggest storylines this Christmas will explore the issues of racism and religious hatred through the new character Aaron Monroe, who recently turned up on Albert Square and took an instant disliking to Bobby Beale, who is a follower of Islam.

Seeds for the storyline have already been planted on-screen, but things are really going to be set in motion in the coming weeks.

EastEnders airs these scenes on Monday, December 20 and Tuesday, December 21 on BBC One.
