Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry made their first appearance since returning Stateside last night, where the duchess made an elegant transition to cozy fall dressing.
The couple attended the One805 fundraiser in Santa Barbara, California, last night, where a star-studded crowd, including Oprah Winfrey and Maroon 5, raised money to provide financial aid and mental health support to first responders. In a clip shared in the charity’s Instagram Stories, Harry and Meghan appeared onstage to present an award to the evening’s host, actor Kevin Costner.
For the occasion, the duchess looked lovely in a black and white herringbone coat, which featured a high collar, draped sleeves that were folded at the elbows and held up with strips of black fabric, and a matching black belted tie at the waist. She completed the look with black capri pants, chic black platform sandals, chunky gold braided hoops, and her trusty Cartier watch. As for her glam, her hair was pulled back in a neat bun and she wore a natural makeup look.
Meanwhile, Harry looked cool in an all-black ensemble, pairing a knit blazer with a button-down and slacks, and adding a belt with a gold buckle.
The royal couple recently returned home after the 2023 Invictus Games, where Meghan showed off her sophisticated and chic style in a marathon of looks. While the duchess kept to her signature monochromatic and minimalistic outfits, she embraced her colorful side for the tournament’s closing ceremony. She looked gorgeous in a turquoise cutout dress by Cult Gaia, which she paired with beige Aquazzura pumps and small diamond hoops.
