There's a first time for everything, including having a massive blackhead extracted. An older man paid a visit to dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, for a mysterious bump on his ear. Sure enough that bump turned out to be a blackhead. The web-famous dermatologist extracted it for her millions of followers to enjoy in her new Instagram video. The plug was big enough that he "lost some weight" after she removed it, but I'm getting ahead of myself.

"You have this little blackhead here that you wondered what it was," Dr. Pimple Popper says in the video, before using a comedone extractor to clear the pore. The patient explains that he hasn't had any acne since he was a teenager. The derm knows exactly what it is and how to remove it.

She grabs her comedone extractor tool and digs in, literally. A few presses later and the whole blob emerges on the surface of the skin. "I think you lost a little weight there!" Dr. Pimple Popper adds after the blackhead is completely removed.
