Dr. Pimple Popper just popped a massive dilated pore of winer in a brand new video on Instagram.
In the clip, she squeezes the chunk of gunk out using her fingers before grabbing her tweezers to finish the job.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is not shy when it comes to taking on massive, messy pops. She's all pop first, ask questions later—no matter how sticky the situation may be. Lately, she's shown a huge neck cyst, a massive "lotus blossom" cyst, and a gigantic "tick" ear blackhead who's boss.
Now, in a brand new video, she's squeezing a gnarly "barnacle" dilated pore of winer (DPOW) out with ease. "Partying like a ROCK solid #dilatedporeofwiner 🎉#drpimplepopper," Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the Instagram clip.
As an added bonus, she set the pop to music—and aren't they all better that way? Dr. Pimple Popper added "Party Like A Rock Star" by Shop Boyz to the footage of this squeeze.
The video starts as Dr. Pimple Popper uses her fingers to start slowly squeezing the massive DPOW out. When it finally starts to budge, she reaches for her tweezers to pluck the huge chunk of gunk out in one satisfying piece. And the crater it leaves behind is huge.
