Dan Orlovsky moves to ESPN’s No. 2 NFL announcing booth after Fox Sports pursuit, per report

As the NFL offseason shifts around media personalities, analyst Dan Orlovsky will be staying at ESPN, despite being pursued by Fox Sports.

Orlovsky, who has been with the network since 2018 and will call NFL games next season with Steve Levy and Louis Riddick in ESPN's No. 2 TV booth, according to reports by the New York Post.

Joe Buck and Troy Aikman have been signed as the network's No. 1 team.

ESPN has not yet responded to USA TODAY Sports' request for comment.

Orlovsky will be appearing on NFL Live, First Take, Get Up and will continue to call college football games.

Prior to joining ESPN, Orlovsky, 38, played in the league for 12-years, playing quarterback for Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was selected by the Detroit Lions in the fifth round of the 2005 NFL Draft.
