Dame Darcey Bussell's speed awareness course
Dame Darcey Bussell attended a speed awareness course after being caught breaking the limit.
The former 'Strictly Come Dancing' judge revealed she was caught going too fast in a 20mph zone and said the course was a good reminder to "slow down" in life.
Darcey, 54, told the Daily Mail's Eden Confidential column: "I did a speeding awareness course. It was in a 20mph zone, so I wasn't doing 120mph or anything.
"One of the things that came up was: helping us to remind ourselves, when we're in a rush, have a moment to breathe.
"The course is great because it offers really simple reminders to slow down."
Meanwhile, the ballet dancer - who has two children with her husband, businessman Angus Forbes - previously revealed she still planned to watch 'Strictly Come Dancing' despite quitting her role as a judge on the BBC One ballroom show in 2019.
She told Metro: "I coach dancers at the Royal Ballet so I'll be watching their shows but otherwise I'll probably be with my family watching 'Strictly'!"
Adding that she plans to drop in on her former friends on the show, she continued: "I'll feel very odd. It's such a wonderful show and such a great team and I will miss all of them dreadfully, though I'll be visiting without fail. I've got a lot of friends.
"Of course I'll miss it. You don't take a decision like that lightly but it was right for me to leave. I've been very lucky to do seven good years and I've enjoyed every minute of it but I have no regrets."
