Czech Republic Sends Firefighters to Turkey Following Devastating Earthquake

The Czech Republic sent a team of specially-trained firefighters to assist rescue efforts in Turkey on Monday, February 6, following a catastrophic 7.8-magnitude earthquake that left thousands dead and injured.

Footage released by the Fire Rescue Service Of The Czech Republic shows firefighters boarding a plane. Citing officials, Czech media reported the team would depart from Prague and begin work as early as Tuesday morning.
