Corrections and clarifications

• An interview with the writer Steven Moffat quoted him as saying: “You step through the front door and accept your junior status. You think: ‘I can still beat the dog.’” This was a mistranscription; he referred to saluting the dog, not beating it (‘What would it take for a person like me to kill?’, 19 September, G2, p4).

• Scrooged was released in 1988, not 1998 (Ranked! Bill Murray films, 30 September, G2, p2).
