Corrections and clarifications

• An obituary of David Trimble incorrectly described his then fellow Ulster Unionist MP Jeffrey Donaldson as a barrister. Another of the party’s MPs, Harold McCusker, died in 1990, not 1989. Also a reference to the “1st Parachute Regiment” should have been to the 1st Battalion of the Parachute Regiment (27 July, Journal, p6).

• We misnamed the trade body Salmon Scotland as Scottish Salmon (Scottish salmon industry urges action over Dover delays, 3 August, p9).
