Colorado Fire: Evacuation orders and road closures lifted for fire near Big Sur

All evacuation orders and road closures have been lifted in Big Sur for areas around the Colorado Fire, according to the Monterey County Office of Emergency Services. Fire activity was minimal overnight, with higher humidity and light winds, Cal Fire said in a statement. Weather was expected to remain favorable through the day. The Colorado Fire, named for the canyon where it erupted amid high winds Friday night, was 55% contained. More than 200 people were affected by the evacuation order.
