Chris Evans and his 'trash stache' hunt Ryan Gosling in heart-pounding The Gray Man trailer

Chris Evans is hunting down Ryan Gosling, and he's brought his "trash stache" along for the ride.

The extremely handsome cast of Netflix's The Gray Man film are entangled in a cat-and-mouse chase across the globe in the first pulsating trailer, released online Tuesday.

Gosling, playing a CIA operative named Court Gentry/Sierra Six, finds himself in close corners by Evans' Lloyd Hansen, who holds him at gunpoint. That's when the La La Land and Drive star makes note of his costar's facial hair.

"The trash stache... It just leans Lloyd," he says.

Court and Lloyd used to work for the CIA together, but now Court, a former Agency-sanctioned merchant of death, is hunted around the world for something he has in his possession. Thankfully, Court has someone on his side, Ana de Armas as Agent Dani Miranda.

"If you wanna make an omelette, you gotta kill some people," Lloyd says in the trailer.

But the handsomeness doesn't stop there. Bridgerton heartthrob Regé-Jean Page also features in the cast, as does Jessica Henwick of Iron Fist and The Matrix Resurrections fame. Billy Bob Thornton, Dhanush, Wagner Moura, and Alfre Woodard round out the principal players.

The Gray Man hails from Joe and Anthony Russo and maintains a lot of the same intense action the directing duo infused into their past work, such as Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Endgame.

"It's hard to find somebody at Chris Evans' level to step into a villain," Joe Russo, who wrote the script based off the Mark Greaney book series, told EW. "It's why you traditionally don't get a Ryan Gosling versus Chris Evans movie. But he's at a point where [playing the villain] is more entertaining to him than playing a hero, so we're able to get two giant movie stars that face off against each other. They're very complicated characters with competing agendas, and it's a fight to the death."

The Gray Man premieres in select theaters on July 15 and on Netflix July 22. Watch the trailer above.
