Charleston Flooded as Hurricane Ian Impacts South Carolina

Hurricane Ian made its second landfall in the US near Georgetown, South Carolina, just after 2 pm on Friday, September 30, with maximum sustained winds of 85 mph (140 km/h), the National Hurricane Center said.
