Chance the Rapper fills last spot on 'The Voice' team with four-chair singer: 'It feels good'

Chance the Rapper is rounding out his first team on “The Voice” with four-chair swag.

Pennsylvania singer NariYella floored Chance – alongside coaches Niall Horan, Kelly Clarkson and Blake Shelton – and earned a four-chair turn with her powerhouse performance of Jennifer Hudson’s “One Night Only” during the final round of blind auditions Tuesday.

“Your voice is actually shocking to me, how powerful you are,” Shelton said. “Anybody that can be that open and connected to the moment, those are the artists that make it all the way.”

But Chance was prepared to do whatever it took to sway the 20-year-old singer,  including throwing some shade at his fellow coaches.

“First of all, these folks don’t even know that song,” Chance said, to which Clarkson shot back, “I’ve literally covered that song. … I love all types of music.”

Chance’s subtle dig may have missed the mark, but his enthusiasm struck a chord with NariYella, who chose him as her coach.

“It feels good to just beat the other coaches,” Chance said of his victory. “To beat all three of them at one time is crazy.”

Kelly Clarkson backs Blake Shelton during his final chair turn

Nashville-based songwriter Grace West earned chair turns from Shelton and Horan with her warm cover of “Maybe It Was Memphis” by Pam Tillis.

“I moved to Nashville when I was 17 (and) worked for a publishing company there, but I always wanted to just be a country singer … so I relate to that so much,” Shelton told the 19-year-old. “I would be honored if you would join the last Team Blake as the last person that I will ever hit this freakin’ worn-out button for.”

In an uncharacteristic move, Shelton’s “Voice” frenemy Clarkson praised Shelton as a coach and suggested he may be a better fit for West than Horan.

“Niall has been killing it, and he is a singer-songwriter,” Clarkson said. “But I also have known Blake for years, and he’s the guy (who) really does help artists out.”

Shelton’s final chair turn went out with a bang, with West choosing to join Team Blake.

“My heart swells up to think about my journey on this show – 23 seasons – and for the last artist for me to hit this button for,” Shelton said. “I did get a little bit shook up.”

Kelly Clarkson steals ‘angel’ singer from Niall Horan in final blinds battle

Tennessee vocalist Katie Beth Forakis slowed things down with an ethereal rendition of Justin Bieber’s “Ghost,” scoring chair turns from Horan and Clarkson.

“There’s nothing sweeter than when someone comes in and plays a piano version of what is a massive pop song,” Horan said. “You definitely spoke to me. I was completely emotionally connected to you as a singer.”

Clarkson gushed over the 25-year-old’s “heartfelt” tone.

“We literally have not heard anyone like you. You will stand out,” Clarkson said. “I really, really would like to work with you.”

Clarkson’s flattery seemed to do the trick – and earned her the final victory of the blind auditions – with Forakis choosing Clarkson as her coach.

“Katie Beth was the perfect person to finally fill up my team,” Clarkson said. “Her tone is incredible, and she sounds like an angel.”
