Casey Cadwallader Debuts His First Mugler Handbag

Casey Cadwallader, who has been the creative director of Mugler since December 2017, has debuted his first-ever handbag for the French fashion house.

Created with Swedish creative Matilda Venczel who was recently tapped as the brand's accessories designer, the purse dubbed Spiral Curve 01 comes in a curved, twisted silhouette. Reminiscent of Mugler's body-hugging suits and trousers, the design is offered in three size options.

Making its first-ever debut on Mugler's buzzy Fall/Winter 2023 runway at Paris Couture Week, the Spiral Curve 01 arrives in a wide range of colorways, including black and white, as well as pastel pink, metallic silver, denim and more. Standing out from the lineup are the pieces embellished with gems throughout. Crafted with responsibly sourced high-frequency embossed calf leather, the handbag is complete with Mugler branding on the front.

Take a closer look at the design down below. Priced from €1,490 to €2,790 EUR (approximately $1,620 to $3,034 USD), the Spiral Curve 01 is now available in Small, Medium and Large sizes on Mugler's website.
