Bulldog Bathes in Snow After Winter Storm Slams Toronto

A bulldog called Garcia was one of the few Toronto residents who were delighted after a major winter storm slammed southern Ontario on Monday, January 17, dropping more than 30 cm (11.8 inches) of snow on some areas.

Garcia’s owner, Christina, took him for a walk in Toronto’s Junction Triangle neighborhood on Tuesday morning, and Garcia wasted no time getting intimate with a fresh mound of snow. Video taken by Christine shows Garcia heading face-first into the deep snow and rolling around in it enthusiastically.

Monday’s storm caused major disruption to transport and emergency services. Multiple schools remained closed on Tuesday, and delays were continuing on highways across the Greater Toronto Area, local media reported. Credit: @bigpuppychulo via Storyful
