TIFF Party Report: Gyllenhaal and Jackman, Pitt and Fassbender Battle for Best Bromance

The Toronto International Film Festival is not short on eye candy this year.

"12 Years of Slave" premiered on Friday evening and while Brad Pitt was minus his other half, Angelina Jolie, he found quite the party companion in co-star Michael Fassbender.

Following a private post-premiere cast dinner at Hudson Kitchen with Steve McQueen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Sarah Paulson, and Benedict Cumberbatch, Brad and Michael decided to keep the fun going.

Pitt, 49, and Fassbender, 36, (who also star together in the upcoming film "The Counselor") ended the night partying together on the rooftop of the Thompson Hotel.

Guarded closely by security, Brad and Michael appeared to be in great spirits as they threw back a few drinks, laughing and chatting the night away. And they clearly had a lot to celebrate! The awards season chatter about "12 Years of Slave" is huge at TIFF.

However, much to the dismay of some of the ogling women in attendance, it was a boys only night for Brad and Michael, and the two A-List actors were pretty much left alone by fellow guests. Too bad Michael couldn't get Brad on to the dance floor … Fassbender busted some serious moves the previous night at Soho House Toronto.

Speaking of Soho House …

Across town there was an equally awesome bromance brewing between Jake Gyllenhaal and Hugh Jackman.

Following the TIFF premiere of their film "Prisoners," Hugh and Jake stopped by Grey Goose's party on the Club Floor of Soho House.

Jackman, 44, and Gyllenhaal, 32, hung with a group of agent types while unwinding after a busy night. The duo looked like they were having a blast together. You can tell the "Prisoners" co-stars genuinely enjoy each other's company.

Hugh posted a photo from Friday evening's festivities on Saturday morning, captioning the pic: "Backstage at TIFF premiere. Fun night. Up way past my bed time!"

However, there were a slew of other stars at the Grey Goose bash.

Earlier in the evening the cast of "Horns," including Daniel Radcliffe and Juno Temple and producers Joey McFarland, Riza Aziz, and Cathy Schulman, celebrated the world premiere of their film over dinner and cocktails.

Daniel was his charming self, snapping photos with partygoers and taking the time to chat with anyone who approached him. As the "Horns" soiree wrapped up around 10 p.m., it was onto the next one.

Zac Efron, Tom Welling, Paul Giamatti, Colin Hanks, and the rest of the "Parkland" cast threw their afterparty on the club floor as well. A solo Zac kept to himself when he first arrived and looked a bit overwhelmed (after the day he had, can you blame him?). But as his co-stars began to arrive, the 25-year-old actor put his party hat on and made the rounds. He spent most of the evening laughing with Colin Hanks.
