Daniel Rafcliffe dresses appropriately for ‘Horns’ premiere

Harry Potter has traded in his wand for some horns -- yes, Daniel Radcliffe attended the Toronto International Film Festival on Friday with a pair of red horns on his head.

The 24-year-old British star arrived at the premiere of his new film "Horns," in which he plays a man accused of murder who grows horns from his head, only to have producer Joe Hill attack him with a headband adorned with two red cones. Radcliffe seemed to get a kick out of it, and he briefly wore the head gear while posing at Toronto's Bloor Hot Docs Cinema. He was joined by several members of the film's cast and crew, including director Alexander Aja and co-star Juno Temple.

During a Q&A after the screening, Hill admitted he was "so excited" about the horns in the film that he had the makeup department fit him with a pair during the shoot. “I walked around with the horns for about 10 hours and people do get used to it. I was always hoping we could butt heads like rams,” he said, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Without the head accessories, Radcliffe cut a rather dapper figure on Friday in a dark Band of Outsiders suit, a blue Kenzo shirt with a black collar, and Christian Louboutin shoes. He wore the same outfit to pose for the Guess Portrait Studio at the TIFF Bell Lightbox and for the Grey Goose vodka dinner at Soho House, not to mention the Virgin Mobile Arts & Cinema Centre's after party during at the Storys Building.

Hey, even Harry has to toot his own horn where an indie film is involved.
