Meet ‘Grown Ups 2′ Hot Bikini Girl, Paulina Gretzky

With Adam Sandler's "Grown Ups 2" hitting this weekend, you might be wondering who exactly is that hottie torching the screen in a bikini.

No, we aren't talking Kevin James.

Say hello to Paulina Gretzky. And if the name Paulina Gretzky doesn't ring a bell, you clearly don't spend much time looking at pictures of sexy women on the Internet.

The 24-year-old up-and-comer lucked out in the gene pool lottery. Her dad is hockey god Wayne Gretzky and her mom is Janet Jones, an actress and model who showed off her beauty in "The Beastmaster," "A Chorus Line," and a photo spread in Playboy.

Thanks to the paparazzi, we also know Paulina is dating hunky professional golfer Dustin Johnson, with the two frequently snapped together on vacation, most recently in Barbados, with Paulina wearing (what else?) a bikini and playing with someone's pet monkey while enjoying sand and sun. Paulina previously dated L.A. Kings center Jarret Stoll.

As befits someone who is gorgeous and has celebrity parents, Paulina has taken a stab at a career in music, and her song "Collecting Dust" earned some airtime when it was featured on the MTV series "Laguna Beach." However, while the single is still available on iTunes, the world is still waiting for Paulina's debut album.

Paulina has also done a bit of acting before, but if you don't recall her roles as Gorgeous Blonde Senior in the 2009 reboot of "Fame" or as The Deputy in 2011's straight-to-video "Girls, Guns and Gambling," you have plenty of company.

At this point, Paulina is best known for being sexy and photogenic. When she was 17, she posed for the cover of Canadian fashion magazine, Flair, and since then, she's become an online sensation thanks to her habit of posting bikini-clad pics of herself on Twitter and Instagram. Rumor had it her dad attempted to have her accounts shut down at one point, deeming her pics a bit too hot for his taste, but Paulina has shot down that story.

"It's hurtful when this older generation of people that doesn't really understand me or take the time to get to know me trashes me," she told Complex magazine. "I'm not a bimbo. I have an 8-year-old sister. The only thing I want to do is be a role model."

A quick scan of her accounts, which are still up and thriving, leaves no doubt that good genes and yoga can work wonders.

And that brings us back to "Grown Ups 2." According to the credits, she's playing a college student named Bikini Girl Daisy, and during production she (of course) posted a picture of herself on set and in the costume you'd expect. Say what you want, but Paulina is a woman who knows how to play to her strengths.

"Grown Ups 2," featuring Gretzky and her bikini (along with Sandler, James, Chris Rock, and Davis Spade), opens in theaters July 12.
