'Big Brother' star Craig Phillips welcomes second baby

Big Brother star Craig Phillips and his wife have welcomed a baby boy.

The reality TV star, 49, shared the happy news in a cute snap on Instagram.

The picture showed a mask-clad Phillips carrying a car seat in a hospital hallway, and was captioned: “He’s arrived.”

Phillips revealed earlier this year that he and wife Laura Sherriff were expecting again.

“So we have some very exciting news to share with you all... Baby Phillips Number 2 coming soon!” he wrote on Instagram.

“Nelly is going to be the best big sister and of course @sydneythebulldog.

“Time to start planning the next DIY project...

“Another new nursery!”

He later shared that the baby was a boy.

Phillips won the first ever series of Big Brother in 2000 and later said that it “went on to change my life forever”.

It paved the way for him to have a career on the small screen and Phillips has gone on to appear in many television series including Housecall, Trading Up and Craig’s Trade Tips.

Another career high was his role on ITV show 60 Minute Makeover.

The DIY expert married his wife in 2018 after they had dated for two years, and the couple now share renovation tips and tricks on their YouTube channel Mr And Mrs DIY.

They welcomed their daughter Nelly in 2019.
