It hasn't taken long for Big Brother Canada Season 11 to get messy, with Toronto gym manager Roberto Lopez the latest houseguest to get evicted.

"Lots of emotions," Lopez said. "I'm pretty bummed out that I got evicted."

"However, I'm pretty happy with the way I played the game and that's just how it goes in the Big Brother house."

Dan Szabo won Head of Household, with Hope Agbolosoo and Renee Mior up for eviction. But Ottawa's Zach Neilson used the Power of Veto (POV) on Agbolosoo, and Lopez was named the replacement nominee.

"Your name keeps coming up as someone who has the potential to create drama, which I think has a negative impact on the house," Szabo said to Lopez during the POV ceremony.

When it came down to votes, Lopez narrowly missed his chance to stay, with seven people voting for his eviction over Mior. But for Lopez, this wasn't really a competition between him and Mior.

"I don't think it was a me versus Renee battle, I think that Renee had a lot of big names on her side," Lopez said. "Let's just be real, I got backdoored and backstabbed. They took the numbers."

"I think if I were to do it again, my strategy would be to be more selective with the people I shared information with, and maybe really second guess who I could really trust."

Zach Neilson 'has a lot of control over people's votes'

Likely obvious for the Big Brother Canada fans, Lopez believes that Neilson is the least trustworthy person in the house.

"I think we can clearly see why he orchestrated two backdoors, and prior to doing that he got really close to the people that he wanted to see leave," Lopez said.

"That's not really a trustworthy thing to do. I think he he has a lot of influence on the game, and he has a lot of control over people's votes."

For the latest evicted houseguest, while he doesn't think Neilson can be trusted, he doesn't think that's the case for Newfoundland's Jonathan Leonard.

"I think Jonathan is the most trustworthy person in the house," Lopez said. "He's a genuine player, he wears his heart on his sleeve and I don't think he has it in him to be deceitful."

The Season 11 Big Brother Canada houseguests are competing for a grand prize of $100,000 cash, $10,000 for a brand-new wardrobe, courtesy of WINNERS, and $10,000 worth of Shark and Ninja products.
