Bellingham neighborhood brewery listed for sale at $3.7 million, owners hope to retire

A neighborhood favorite brewery is listed for sale, with its prime Bellingham business priced at $3.7 million.

Twin Sister Brewing Company, located in Bellingham’s Sunnyland neighborhood since 2018, was silently listed for sale without an announcement through BizBuySell, an online business real estate website, as well as on RE/MAX Commerical real estate.

The business has not posted about the real estate listing or status of sale on its Facebook page, and the owners were not able to be contacted.

“The current owners are looking to retire and that’s why they’re selling the business,” Tina DePuydt, graphic designer and social media marketer for the brewery wrote in an email to The Bellingham Herald.

The listing includes the brand, land, both buildings on the property, 40+ parking spaces, all equipment and inventory, delivery vehicles and all brewery fermenters, tanks and other equipment. The listing also features “key employees in place with long-term employment history.”
