For sneaker lovers, the highlight of the 'fit is the footwear. Paired with knee-high stockings, Bella sports a pair of triple black Nike Air Kukini sneakers. The shoe is a natural pairing for a COMME des GARÇONS outfit as the style was reimagined by Junya Watanabe in the early aughts. (Watanabe is a longtime designer at COMME des GARÇONS  and protege of Rei Kawakubo with his eponymous label existing as an extension of the brand.)

The Nike Air Kukini was released in 2000 as part of Nike's experimental Alpha Project, the same division responsible for the Presto. Fans of Bella's triple black colorway can find the style on resale sites in the $130 - $198 USD price range.
