Arc'teryx's Fourth "System_A" Drop Is Here

Arc'teryx continues to roll out new items joining its "System_A" lineup, which is comprised of performance-focused garments and accessories for the outdoors.

The collection first made its debut in 2021 and has since launched must-have winter items such as balaclavas as well as tech-heavy GORE-TEX jackets. This time around, creative director Taka Kasuga has added a playful and youthful touch to Arc'teryx's garments with splashes of pink. "

The campaign features a winter bouldering crew as they journey through Utah, with warmth and breathability being a top priority for the collection. "System_A is driven by our community and designed for what we see is needed by this group in the outdoors. Bouldering is really rooted in community and getting out there with friends and experiencing the sport together. System_A is designed with that spirit -- highly technical gear that will protect in winter and help propel people in these experiences," Kasuga explains in a press release.

Highlights include the Kobah Parka offered in a vibrant pink hue and black/gray, which is equipped with 850 fill power down along with Coreloft™ synthetic insulation to ensure warmth. The outerwear piece is made out of GORE-TEX fabric making it windproof and waterproof yet breathable at the same time. The jacket is paired with matching Lera Sweatpants engineered Polartec® Power Air™ technology for thermal efficiency.

For the inner layers, Arc'teryx has crafted the Alesa Shirt and a half-zip sweatshirt, as well as a cozy hoodie. In accessories, the brand dropped a Quiver Crossbody Pack -- a lightweight, all-black bag highlighted with pink on the Arc'teryx logo and zippers. The collection is complete with a versatile blanket that doubles as a poncho. The accessory comes with 850 fill power goose down and is made out of materials from waste.
