AppFolio: Q4 Earnings Snapshot
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (AP) _ AppFolio Inc. (APPF) on Thursday reported a loss of $19.7 million in its fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Santa Barbara, California-based company said it had a loss of 56 cents. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 5 cents per share.
The property management software maker posted revenue of $124.1 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $68.1 million, or $1.95 per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $471.9 million.
AppFolio expects full-year revenue in the range of $565 million to $575 million.
AppFolio shares have risen 9% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $114.94, a rise of slightly more than 3% in the last 12 months.
